Pedestrian Hit Lansing Georgia in Lansing, Georgia: A 23-year-old man was hit and killed while changing a tire on his vehicle in the westbound lanes of I-80/94 at Torrence Avenue in Lansing, Illinois, just before 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
