Dui Crash Oklahoma Today in Oklahoma: A 34-year-old Noble County woman, Jewell Inez Horinek of Marland, was driving a 2017 Honda CR-V southbound on US Highway 177 in Payne County, Oklahoma, when she crossed left of center into the northbound lane and struck a 2003 Ford Ranger head-on. The collision caused the Ford Ranger to overturn. The driver of the Ford Ranger, Skylar Whipple, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Passenger Joeseph Whipple sustained injuries. Horinek was charged with second-degree murder (or alternatively first-degree manslaughter) and DUI involving injuries, and was freed on $300,000 bond.
