Semi Truck Crash South Charleston West Virginia in South Charleston, West Virginia: A tractor-trailer crashed and caught fire around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday in South Charleston, West Virginia. The driver of the semi, 63-year-old Jeffrey Carl Simons of Wellsburg, Iowa, was killed in the crash, according to South Charleston police. Simons' dog, Hennessy, was rescued from the accident unscathed and taken to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association.
