Dui Crash Las Vegas Arkansas in Las Vegas, Arkansas: Henry Ruggs, a former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver, drove his sports car at speeds up to 156 mph in Las Vegas on Nov. 2, 2021, slamming into a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Tina Tintor. Tintor and her dog, Max, were both killed. Prosecutors said Ruggs' blood-alcohol level after the crash was 0.16%. Ruggs pleaded guilty in May 2023 to felony DUI causing death and misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, and was unanimously denied parole earlier this month by the Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners.
