Bus Crash Chicago Georgia in Chicago, Georgia: A 28-year-old Chicago man, Aaron Hawkins, was charged in connection with a stabbing aboard a CTA Blue Line train in the Loop. On June 3, Hawkins stabbed and seriously wounded a 36-year-old man near the LaSalle Street station, stabbing the victim in the neck and cutting him several times on the left side of his body. The victim was taken to Stroger Hospital. Chicago police released surveillance images on June 15, and Hawkins was charged on Wednesday with aggravated battery/use of a deadly weapon, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, and aggravated battery of a transit passenger.
