Car Crash Boise Idaho in Boise, Idaho: A two-vehicle crash occurred around 10:59 p.m. on June 21 on westbound Interstate I-184 at Curtis Road in Boise. A white 2018 Acura TLX rear-ended a beige 2015 Toyota Highlander, sending the Toyota off the roadway where it flipped and landed back in the travel lanes. A 49-year-old female passenger in the Toyota, Vidya Balasubramaniam of Chandler, Arizona, died at the hospital from blunt force injuries of the torso; the 31-year-old male driver and four other passengers from the Toyota were hospitalized. The Acura was driven by a 29-year-old Boise man, identified as Kevin Michael Mccannon, who was later charged in connection with the crash. All occupants were wearing seat belts, and Idaho State Police are investigating.
