A vehicle was being driven recklessly through the neighborhood at high speeds, struck a street sign, and then crashed into multiple Woodbury townhome units, causing a gas leak. The driver, identified as Ernest Anyere Ngwa, 53, was unable to walk on his own when he got out of the car and provided a preliminary breath test resulting in a BAC of.295. Ngwa was brought to the hospital for injuries he sustained in the crash and refused to provide a blood or urine sample.
