Dui Crash Boise Idaho in Boise, Idaho: A 49-year-old Chandler, Arizona mother of two, Vidya Balasubramaniam, was killed late Sunday night, June 21, when the Toyota Highlander carrying her family of five was rear-ended by an Acura driven by 29-year-old Kevin Michael McCannon on Interstate 184 in Boise, Idaho. The impact sent the SUV off the road, where it struck concrete landscaping structures and overturned before coming to rest in the middle of the interstate. Balasubramaniam was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, where she died from torso injuries. McCannon was arrested and faces one count of vehicular manslaughter and three counts of aggravated DUI.
