Central Mass. teenager killed in crash while riding e-scoot…

Ebike Crash East Brookfield Maryland in East Brookfield, Maryland: A 19-year-old East Brookfield resident, Michael Earl, was riding an electric scooter outside The Clam Box restaurant on West Main Street in East Brookfield at about 3:39 p.m. Saturday when a motor vehicle driving east struck his scooter. Earl was transported by medical helicopter to UMass Memorial Medical Center, where he later died. The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene and cooperated with police, who are investigating the crash.
