Dui Crash Connection With Fatal Wisconsin in connection with fatal, Wisconsin: Dakota Krueger, 21, was charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and two counts of OWI causing injury in connection with a fatal crash in Fond du Lac County. Police were called to the crash about 8 a.m., and Krueger told police he had been drinking the night before but stopped around 6 p.m., though a passenger said Krueger had been drinking potentially just prior to leaving his house at 4:00 a.m. Officers said Krueger showed signs of intoxication, but a field sobriety test was not performed due to his head and other injuries. The driver of the northbound vehicle, a 68-year-old Kewaskum woman, died from her injuries in the crash.
