Assault Burlington Massachusetts in Burlington, Massachusetts: Janina Brooke Murphy, a 26-year-old Massachusetts woman, was found dead on March 29 at a home on Claire Hill Road in Burlington, Connecticut. The state medical examiner ruled her death a homicide caused by blunt force injury to the head. Her mother said she was found at the bottom of a staircase and a detective told the family the death did not appear to be a simple fall. Connecticut State Police arrested 28-year-old Cole Werhan of Burlington on a murder charge Tuesday after the medical examiner's ruling.
