Bus Crash New York City New York in New York City, New York: Hiram Carrero, 19, boarded the 3 train at Penn Station and used a piece of paper to set fire to a sleeping subway rider, then stepped back onto the platform as the doors closed, leaving the victim locked inside the burning car.
