Pedestrian Hit Franklin Pennsylvania in Franklin, Pennsylvania: Emergency services were called to a crash where a pedestrian was struck by a car at a Franklin County intersection, according to dispatch. The call came in around 7:51 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. Route 30 and Black Gap Road. At least one ambulance was called, along with the Fayetteville Fire Department. Pennsylvania State Police is continuing to investigate.
