Dui Crash Katy Texas in Katy, Texas: A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter after a fatal crash in the Katy area of Fort Bend County. According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, Dejon Fortune caused a crash around 2:20 a.m. that killed 53-year-old Sung Bae.
