Car Crash Cleveland Ohio in Cleveland, Ohio: Two people were killed in a multi-vehicle crash on SR-176 southbound near Spring Road in Cleveland on Tuesday afternoon around 4:20 p.m. Police said a dump truck traveling southbound struck a Jeep Patriot that had slowed, causing the Jeep to collide with a Ford E-350 van; the Jeep then rolled over and burst into flames. The two occupants of the Jeep were pronounced dead at the scene. The dump truck driver, a 35-year-old man, was not hurt. The van's occupants, a 71-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman, were transported to a local hospital for treatment. The Cleveland Division of Police Accident Investigation Unit is investigating.
