Shooting California Today in California: A 19-year-old man, Edgar Hernandez, was shot inside an apartment at the Reflections Apartment Complex in Fresno on Tuesday night around 8 p.m. and later died at Community Regional Medical Center. Fresno police initially responded to a report of a gunshot heard in the area but did not find evidence of a shooting; about 20 minutes later they received an update about a shooting victim inside an apartment. Homicide detectives determined a 13-year-old juvenile was responsible for the shooting, and the juvenile was arrested and booked at the Juvenile Justice Campus for manslaughter.
