1 killed in early-morning crash along I-80/94

Semi Truck Crash Lansing Georgia in Lansing, Georgia: A 23-year-old man was struck and killed by the driver of a semi trailer while he was changing a tire along the westbound lanes of I-80/94 near Torrence Avenue in Lansing, Illinois, at around 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday. The semi allegedly fled the scene and was later found abandoned at a truck stop in Hebron, Indiana, near I-65 and State Road 2. The driver of the semi was located and taken into custody Wednesday night. The crash shut down the two right lanes of westbound I-80/94 for several hours.
