1 dead in side-by-side, SUV crash in rural Adams County

Car Crash Rural Adams Colorado in rural Adams, Colorado: One person is dead after a Tuesday night crash involving a side-by-side and an SUV in rural Adams County, Illinois. The Adams County Sheriff's Office reports the crash happened at the intersection of East 2903rd Lane and North 2500th Avenue, about five miles east of Golden, Ill. Investigators say the side-by-side was going west on 2500th when it collided with the SUV that was traveling south on 2903rd. The driver of the SUV was taken to Blessing Hospital in Quincy with serious injuries, one occupant in the side-by-side was airlifted to Springfield Memorial Hospital with serious injuries, and the other rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
