Car Crash Sisters Oregon in Sisters, Oregon: A 26-year-old Bend man driving a GMC Sierra pickup truck pulling a tandem axle dump trailer westbound on Highway 126 east of Sisters crossed into the eastbound lane to avoid slowing traffic and collided head-on with a Honda Accord. A 59-year-old Gilchrist woman who was a passenger in the Honda died at the scene. The driver of the Honda, also from Gilchrist, was seriously injured and taken to the hospital.
