Lacroix and his other passenger were not hurt, but the two passengers were transported to St. Mary's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The SUV driver and his 54-year-old passenger from Miami, Florida, escaped without injuries; all five occupants were buckled up and alcohol was not involved.
