Car Crash Predawn Tuscaloosa Alabama in Predawn Tuscaloosa, Alabama: A single-vehicle crash at approximately 12:30 a.m. Monday claimed the lives of two young people from Tuscaloosa, according to Alabama State Troopers. The 2013 Nissan Maxima they were riding in left the roadway, struck a guy wire, went airborne and overturned on Crescent Ridge Road Northeast near 9th Street Northeast, about a mile north of Tuscaloosa. The 20-year-old driver from Bessemer was injured and transported to DCH Regional Medical Center for treatment. Troopers with ALEA's Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
