Motorcycle Crash Pelican Rapids Minnesota in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota: Two people were injured in a motorcycle crash on the west side of Pelican Lake early Saturday morning at around 2:07 a.m. The motorcycle was heading south on County Highway 9 at around 40 mph before tipping over and skidding about thirty yards into the ditch. The 41-year-old male driver from Monticello suffered a suspected broken leg and head injury, while the 37-year-old female passenger from Lake Park sustained a head injury and suspected leg injury; she was airlifted to a Fargo hospital and he was taken to Essentia Health in Detroit Lakes by ambulance.
