Motorcyclist injured after crash north of Holmes Lake

Motorcycle Crash Lincoln Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska: A 23-year-old Lincoln motorcyclist traveling west on Normal Boulevard collided with a Toyota that was stopped at the 62nd Street intersection and then proceeded south. The motorcyclist hit the driver's side of the Toyota. The motorcyclist, who was wearing a helmet, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver and passenger in the Toyota had minor injuries. Lincoln Fire and Rescue and Lincoln police responded to the scene at 12:15 p.m. Monday. Drugs or alcohol are not believed to be factors.
