Moped driver killed after being hit by car in Baltimore

According to police, officers responded on June 21 at about 3:30 a.m. to the 500 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard for a serious pedestrian-involved vehicle crash. The moped driver crossed in front of the Nissan and was hit, then was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries. The driver of the Nissan remained at the scene, and detectives from the Crash Team are investigating.
