Car Crash Arkansas Today in Arkansas: One person died in a rear-end crash just after 11:30 a.m. Monday in Johnson County. The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Cadillac DTS driven by Isaiah M. Foster, 29, of Olathe, was southbound on Interstate 35 just south of 119th Street when it rear-ended a 2021 Toyota Camry driven by Jose A. Monterrosa, 40, of Blue Springs, Missouri. After impact the Cadillac bounced off the Camry, struck the outside barrier wall, traveled down the highway shoulder intermittently striking the wall, went into the grass shoulder over a small hill, became airborne and rolled onto its roof. Foster was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to the Johnson County Medical Examiner's Office; Monterrosa sustained a minor injury and was not transported for treatment.
