Car Crash Arkansas Today in Arkansas: A 2008 Cadillac DTS driven by Isaiah M. Foster, 29, of Olathe, was southbound on Interstate 35 just south of 119th Street in Johnson County when it rear-ended a 2021 Toyota Camry driven by Jose A. Monterrosa, 40, of Blue Springs, Missouri. After impact, the Cadillac struck the outside barrier wall, traveled along the shoulder intermittently hitting the wall, went airborne over a small hill, and rolled onto its roof. Foster was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to the Johnson County Medical Examiner's Office. Monterrosa sustained a minor injury and was not transported for treatment. The crash was reported by the Kansas Highway Patrol just after 11:30 a.m. Monday.
