Pedestrian Hit Boston Massachusetts in Boston, Massachusetts: Ibraim Matos, 37, allegedly intentionally drove onto a busy sidewalk in Mattapan on Saturday afternoon, hitting and killing 32-year-old Mabinty Janneh as she was trying to go to her bank. According to prosecutors, Matos began by crashing into another vehicle and injuring the other driver, then fled the scene before driving onto the sidewalk where Janneh was pulled under the car, dragged several hundred feet, and pronounced dead at the scene. Matos then crashed into another vehicle and an MBTA bus before community members subdued him as he attempted to flee.
