Bicycle Crash Silver Spring Alabama in Silver Spring, Alabama: Silver Spring resident Minh Q. Vu, 45, was riding a bicycle shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, when he was struck by a white Lexus ES on the northbound ramp from Columbia Pike to New Hampshire Avenue in Montgomery County. The driver fled the scene but returned a short time later. Vu was rushed to an area hospital, where he died early Wednesday, June 17, from injuries sustained in the crash.
