Vehicle Fire Coffeen Illinois in Coffeen, Illinois: On Thursday, June 18, just before 5:30 PM, Coffeen firefighters responded to a two-vehicle accident on Chapman Trail roughly a mile east of Coffeen. A Dodge pickup with heavy damage had rolled over onto its driver side about 30 feet off the roadway, and a Nissan sedan remained in the roadway with driver-side front damage. The driver of the Dodge self-extricated and was not injured, and all four individuals in the Nissan were also uninjured. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Department and Hillsboro ambulances also responded to the scene.
