Car Crash Middle Georgia Georgia in Middle Georgia, Georgia: Four men from Bryan County were traveling in a pickup truck along Pea Ridge Road near Highway 441, south of Eatonton in Putnam County, early Friday when a large oak tree uprooted and crashed onto the vehicle. The tree fell directly onto the cab, killing two men in the back seat at the scene. The two other men were injured and transported by ambulance to a hospital in Macon for treatment. The Putnam County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene around 6:15 a.m., and the incident remains under investigation.
