Pedestrian Hit Taylor Mill Kentucky in Taylor Mill, Kentucky: On Saturday at 9:18 a.m., Randall "Randy" Kuntsman, 65, of Independence, was loading a vehicle from an earlier collision onto his tow truck on eastbound I-275 in Taylor Mill when the tow truck began to roll downhill, ultimately resulting in his death. The Kenton County Police Department's Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team was called to assist Taylor Mill Police, and the scene was later transferred to Kenton County's Bureau of Investigations as a death investigation. The investigation remains open pending findings of all external and internal reports.
