Dui Crash Portland Oregon in Portland, Oregon: A 19-year-old drunk driver lost control of a 1996 BMW 528 sedan after exiting northbound I-205 onto Southeast Powell Boulevard in Southeast Portland at a high rate of speed, striking a tree and light pole before rolling over, crashing through a fence into a TriMet bus parking lot, and coming to rest against an unoccupied bus.
