Car Crash Milan Township New York in Milan Township, New York: A 13-year-old operating an ATV and a 10-year-old passenger were injured Saturday afternoon when the ATV emerged from a private driveway into traffic on Ohio 113 in Milan Township. The crash occurred at about 1:45 p.m. in the eastbound lane near milepost 10.
