Pedestrian Hit Perry Ohio in Perry, Ohio: Amanda J. Speigle, 35, of Salem, was struck and killed by an Oldsmobile that traveled off the right side of the roadway on State Route 45 in front of the Salem Golf Club in Perry Township at 6:17 p.m. on a Friday.
