Car Crash Fulton Ohio in Fulton, Ohio: Two separate two-vehicle crashes in Fulton County, Ohio resulted in multiple injuries. On June 11, Aleigha K. Hillard, 19, of Montpelier failed to stop at a posted stop sign on County Road E at County Road 24 in German Township and struck Kathleen Ann Wagner, 70, of Defiance, who was northbound on County Road 24. Wagner suffered incapacitating injuries and was airlifted to Toledo Hospital; Hillard had possible injuries and was transported to Fulton County Health Center. On June 13, Lia J. Ramirez-Munoz failed to stop at a stop sign and struck Mock's vehicle; both drivers and three passengers sustained non-incapacitating or possible injuries and were transported to Fulton County Health Center. Ramirez-Munoz was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
