Car Crash Florida Today in Florida: A pickup truck traveling northbound on I-75 lost control, traveled off the roadway, and struck a black sedan before overturning into the woods in Hernando County, Florida. Both people inside the sedan were seriously injured and were to be transported by medical helicopter. The pickup truck driver, Riley Johnson Ferrer, told troopers he saw 'the anti-Christ' and caused the crash, then allegedly ran past first responders and attempted to steal the medical helicopter before being taken into custody. Ferrer was taken to Tampa General Hospital Brooksville for medical clearance and then to the Hernando County Detention Center, where he continued to resist deputies.
