Five found dead after report of carbon monoxide in Phelps County

Toxic Exposure Rolla Missouri in Rolla, Missouri: Five people were found dead inside a duplex in Phelps County, Mo., after emergency crews responded to a carbon monoxide report before 5:30 a.m. on Friday morning. One person was also critically injured on the other side of the duplex, and another resident was moderately injured outside. A deputy was exposed to carbon monoxide while investigating the scene and received EMS treatment. Police have not released victim identities as next of kin has not yet been notified and an investigation is ongoing.
