Dui Crash Palmer Alaska in Palmer, Alaska: An intoxicated 32-year-old Wasilla woman, Hannah Lebel, rolled a side-by-side ATV onto its roof in the Jim Creek Recreation Area around 6:30 p.m. Thursday. A 10-year-old child suffered massive head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene after 30 minutes of CPR. Three other children were transported to a Mat-Su area hospital for treatment and were expected to be OK.
