Car Crash Huntington Station New York in Huntington Station, New York: Two Huntington residents in their 90s were hospitalized in serious condition after a car crashed into a utility pole on Friday evening in Huntington Station. George Falkowski, 90, was driving a 2011 Honda east on Pulaski Road when the vehicle went onto the sidewalk, struck the side of a 2020 Mercedes, and slammed into a metal pole, according to Suffolk County police. Falkowski and his 92-year-old passenger, Anita Falkowski, were taken to Huntington Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the Mercedes, 56-year-old Marie Fond-Rose, was also taken to the hospital for minor injuries. Suffolk County police impounded both cars for safety checks and are investigating the crash.
