Dui Crash Calumet Wisconsin in Calumet, Wisconsin: A 16-year-old girl named Madylin Blonigen was driving a black Toyota SUV/RAV4 without a valid license when it struck a culvert, launched into the air, hit a pole and rolled over on June 13 in the Town of Calumet and Malone, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The vehicle came to rest on its side on top of a passenger who died at the scene. Blonigen admitted to having consumed THC from a vape cartridge pen before the crash and was charged with three felony counts including causing death and great bodily harm.
