Motorcycle Crash Kooskia Idaho in Kooskia, Idaho: Three motorcyclists were killed on Tuesday, June 16, at approximately 4 p.m. on U.S. Highway 12 near milepost 113 east of Kooskia, Idaho, after a westbound 2019 Ford F-150 crossed the double yellow centerline while attempting to pass another vehicle in a marked no-passing zone and collided with three eastbound motorcycles. All three motorcyclists suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. The 60-year-old female driver of the pickup, from Colorado Springs, Colorado, was transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation and, after being released, was arrested on probable cause for three counts of vehicular manslaughter and booked into the Idaho County Jail. The Idaho State Police is investigating the crash, which closed Highway 12 for approximately six and a half hours. The victims were later identified as Ethan Powers, 35, of Timnath, Colorado; Jeremy Coleman, 45, of Berthoud, Colorado; and Nathan McCormick, 26, of Loveland, Colorado.
