Car Crash Nashville North Carolina in Nashville, North Carolina: A 60-year-old Nashville woman died after a crash involving a work truck on West Trinity Lane on June 16 around 5:10 p.m. Donna Goad was a passenger in a 2015 Honda Accord traveling westbound when a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado work truck driven by a 37-year-old man pulled out of a driveway and attempted to turn onto Whites Creek Pike, crossing eastbound traffic and cutting the turn short into the path of the Accord. The Accord, driven by Goad's 20-year-old grandson, struck the passenger side of the truck. Goad was taken to Skyline Medical Center, where she later died from her injuries. No one else was seriously injured, and police said there were no signs of impairment by either driver.
