Car Crash Berkshire Township Ohio in Berkshire Township, Ohio: A 59‐year‐old Florida man was driving a Chevrolet G‐Series van north on State Route 3 in Berkshire Township when he failed to stop at a red light at South Galena Road. A Honda Civic traveling east hit the van, and both vehicles went off the northeast side of the intersection. The driver of the van was treated for injuries at the scene; one passenger in the Honda died from her injuries, while another was taken to Riverside Medical Center in critical condition.
