Dui Crash Hudson New Hampshire in Hudson, New Hampshire: A 70‐year‐old Hudson resident, Richard Feener, was arrested after intentionally ramming another driver’s vehicle several times on Library Street at about 3:45 p.m. Thursday. Police said he then tried to open the victim’s door before returning to his car and ramming again, before fleeing the scene. He was found under the influence of alcohol, approximately twice the legal limit, and charged with multiple felonies including reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and aggravated driving while intoxicated. No injuries were reported.
