Moments later, the trooper's patrol vehicle veered off the road, struck a tree, and flipped over once. The trooper was taken to a nearby hospital by paramedics and only received minor injuries. They are expected to survive. No other injuries were reported in connection with the crash. The Honda Accord has not been found at the time, according to VSP. The investigation is still ongoing.
